I bought a property and the roof needed some repairs. New Heights Exterior Cleaning came to have a look at the condition of the roof and areas of damp in the property. I was then provided a very thorough quotation detailing the repairs required and recommendation. I was happy with this and requested works to be carried out. The standard was exceptional. Thank you.

This company has been a pleasure to deal with. Lisa was very pleasant to deal with and Sidis did an amazing job cleaning out gutters, removing hedgehogs and putting mesh around solar panels. They left absolutely no mess behind either. Highly recommend!

New Heights were very helpful from start to finish, even when I had to change my appointment at the last minute it was not a big issue for them. They arrived promptly on the day the work was to be done, explained clearly what would happen and got on with the job. When they had finished I was shown a video of my guttering and down pipes and they cleaned up after themselves too. An absolute delight to have them do the work and would strongly recommend them and will use them again in future. Thank you for doing a splendid job.

The communication was great from the start, they provided us with a detailed quote, they took before and after photos and sent them over for us to review and they gave us a clear start and finish date for the works.
