Skilled, conscientious, and hard working
Zac and his team were skilled, conscientious, and hard working. Each stage of the process was made clear, and suggested timings were amazingly accurate. Inevitably additional problems arose, which were clearly explained. Quite apart from their obvious competence, my wife and I were greatly impressed by their consideration, their care, and their politeness. We were also struck by the fact that all their workmen seemed happy to work for them, and this created a very pleasant atmosphere. This is particularly important when the job was a long one, and thus inevitably affected the whole household.Verified reviewerJob location: BA2
