Roof Leak
We employed Billy to fix our leak, it took him a week - inc all the excuses of why he could not arrive (which would be given after the appointed time) this did not include rain. The leak happened again the very next time it rained - he came back and attempted to fix - now six months later the leak is back. Facia and soffit replacement
Made such a mess, scratched our walls, patio and garden gate, didn’t do what he originally quoted, left silicone all over the patio and garden furniture, got extremely aggressive and threatened to come round and rip off our facias when we complained, constantly chased for payment for work he hadn't finished, swearing and aggressive ripping facia board down after he rushed the first load of work he did, rushing work because he had to get to a party, bought his very young son with him to work, cut off soil pipe and didn't cap it, didn’t replace the items we asked for, facias damaged and dirtyVerified reviewerJob location: IP310 Roofer

Tile replacement
Had a small job of replacing some tiles to the roof of our house. Billy came round to quote the same day I contacted him. Work was carried out to a good standard and Billy kept us up to date with when he would be able to fit the work in. Leakung gully and ridge tile motar
Contacted Billy, and others, and he was the only guy who was proactive. Gave me a price and started work a few days later. He made regular contact even if he couldn't come because of weather. Repair to leaking bay window roof
I put out a request on Friday and Billy came to quote on Saturday. He was then able to start the job on Tuesday which was a relief as there was a lot of rain with a nasty leak. Billy kept me updated and made sure that the roof was watertight before finishing for the first day. The rain prevented him finishing when he suggested but he made sure that we weren’t having any more leaks.
