This was a complete overhaul of the entire garden & area surrounding my bungalow. A big challenge with hours of back breaking labour. It involved resin, paving, new walls, turf along with correcting existing things not up too standard from other workmen, ie wonky concrete fence posts! Cleaning existing block paved drive, sanding resealing. I think I got the A team, big shout out for Jamie, Jack & Dan. Hard working, so friendly & easy to have around. George is a great “gentleman “ to deal with. Accommodating and keen to ensure the client is happy at all times. I’m delighted!! Job location: BS15Recently Newlook Surfacing installed my driveway and I have zero complaints. The team who carried out the works at my house were amazing and very knowledgeable. They communicated with me on every aspect as sometimes you don’t know what they’re going to dig up. Their brickwork is very clean and Im left with very fresh looking driveway. Also they have done an outstanding job with re rendering the walls and the front my house. I’m very pleased with everything and I highly recommend them. This is the second time George and the team have carried out work for my Mum. I cannot recommend the team at New Look highly enough, George's vision transformed Mum's driveway and, more importantly, enabled her to have easier access to her bungalow. He and his team created a beautiful sloped entrance to her front door and installed a bespoke hand rail. He listens carefully to what my Mum wanted and then brings that vision to life. The team work so hard when they are on site and are always polite and have been incredibly thoughtful about Mum. This is a really easy 10. George is super-relaxed, has no pushyness about him and was so helpful and patient with us. He gave detailed explanations and confidence for each of the design, the product he uses and the quality of workmanship we could expect. Fair and sensible pricing and loads of colours to choose from. I must mention Mark, Jim, Jake and Archie as well (the latter on school hols!). At all stages, they worked as a well-oiled team and were really patient and courteous with us. Contacted George at Newlook surfacing for a price for a new resin driveway. Within a couple of days he came round and we talked through the different options of finishes and had a very competitive price the same day. From start to finish they were very professional, the finished job is of the highest quality and is better than I had imagined which is not usually the case when having work done. I had the pleasure of inviting New Look Surfacing to renovate my back garden patio using resin-bound compound, and I couldn't be happier with the results. From start to finish, the experience was exceptional, and the final product is nothing short of amazing. 200% recommendation from us. George and his team have done an amazing job of completely redesigning our 80sq new build bland garden. George visted several times to talk though options, designs and the process. The team worked really quickly and throughly and have created a high quality beautiful space. They installed a waterfeature and pagoda which look fantastic.
