Twice Newman and Sons came to repair my leaking roof charging both times, the 2nd time claiming their original repair work didn’t work because I’d put artificial grass. I was never convinced, told them so but reluctantly agreed to pay twice. It started leaking again. I’ve tried to speak to them by phone, text messages, emails. I’ve sent a recorded delivery that unless I hear from them I’ll take out a County Court Action for reparation not only for the roof but also for the serious internal damage the leaking has caused. I’m amazed and wonder why their reviews are so positive. Very strange.
