We had some wooden French doors and a number of pvc windows installed. From the moment I made contact with new space they were friendly, helpful and very professional. If I had any questions they were always on hand to answer them. During the process I really appreciated being kept up to date about timings and the communication was excellent. Whilst the work was on going the house was left tidy every day. The finished product was excellent, particularly the French doors which exceeded our expectations in terms of quality and finish. I cannot recommend Newspace highly enough. John was thoroughly professional, dedicated and highly experienced – nothing was too much trouble. Even before he could start, he made several visits to help cover the damaged roof and protect the interior from rain. He practically rebuilt our conservatory following the falling of a tree during the storms. John did a wonderful job with sound advice and good humour along the way. John was friendly and helpful. Fully understood all that was asked of him. Cheerful, hardworking and punctual. Few hiccups along the way but sorted quickly and without issue. I had two windows upstairs replaced with double glazing and an old downstairs door replaced with a triple glazing window. They came out fantastic I honestly couldn’t have been happier, I chose how I wanted the windows to look i.E. Absolutely brilliant. Their work ethic all the way through was excellent. John listened to what I wanted and gave me exactly that. None of the other quotes I got did that.
