  Needed a cooker hood replacement as the one in my new house was broken and I couldn't find parts. When he arrived and had a look, he was up-front and said that the job wasn't possible for him to do with the tools he carried and that it would likely cause a fair amount of damage to the kitchen itself. He gave some recommendations for alternative options for me and there was no charge. I really appreciate that they were honest about the reality of what could be done. Will definitely use again!

James was very friendly and obviously knew his job. He gave me advice on care of my machine. I am delighted by the work done and will keep details of this company for future work.
