Kevin is a really top guy. He made sure to explain what we could expect and why, and what was going on at each stage. 100% delivered on what he promised, and stuck to his quote even when there was an unexpected glitch (that was impossible to foresee). We had him back to install a new drain and had the same experience.

Kevin was amazing. After having litteral poo filing up the shower and a blocked toilet he came out and saved the day. Was happy chatty and super respectful taking his boots off every time he had to go up to the bathroom was so thorough and poor chap was here for hours. But he was amazing
