Kevin was absolutely brilliant, he contacted me the day before he was due to check all was ok for him to come and arrived promptly on the day. He was friendly, polite and explained what he was doing and why. I would thoroughly recommend him.

Kevin gave me a call back very promptly and made a real effort to fit me into his busy schedule. He quickly assessed the problem and took time to perform diagnostics to ensure the situation was dealt with appropriately. Work was carried out and he left the area clean and tidy.

Kevin came as planned and conducted the CCTV survey. He has confirmed that both our outflow pipes are now free of a recent ivy root invasion and identified the weak points where the roots entered the drain. I have now hired Newton Drainage Solutions to add reinforcement to the weak areas to complete the project.
