Very poor customer service, not turning up for booked appointments on numerous occasions. I had to rebook 5 appointments within 7 weeks and the job still hasn't been done. Very unprofessional.

Called in the morning, and came out the same afternoon. Sorted the problem very quickly. No hesitation in calling again for futures issues.

Not only was jay brilliant with the work he carried out, he helped with finding other suppliers when hit with cow boy builders. He was always at the end of the phone to advise, came out to meet the kitchen fitters and work with them, he made the whole process so easy after having a nightmare few months. Wish I’d of met him and his team earlier as my extension would of took a month instead of 6. Can’t recommend enough, friendly, reliable and good communication, after not having this for the rest of the build it makes you realise how important it is. Thanks team! You were fab!! Amanda
