2 panels were cut below par when being fitted by our sub-contractor. These were removed, replaced and refitted free(rightly so).
You decided to change the other 5 fitted panels for a different colour.
We refunded 20k for the extension we were going to do, we also bought and still have materials for this project, and we paid back a non refundable deposit despite losing 5 months work for a relatively small issue. Something that caused a lot of stress and anxiety for us too.
Upon completing your bathroom you were both happy with the finished product, you also commented on how tidy we were. I feel this is a bad review because you want more money from us - we have passed this account to a surveyor to look at. The ceiling was also bowed along that wall making the cut harder (not an excuse)
Our (ex) sub-contractor made a mistake with 2 cuts and we accept that.
Regretfully, we understand that your confidence may have been lost, another reason we paid back the 20k without hesitation. However we believe we have done and are doing all in our power to resolve this fairly and will continue to do that.
