    House extension and new renovation works 10/10

    We can’t thank Haseeb and the team enough for the wonderful work they have done for us. We have a 3 bed terrace in north Leeds and Nex Gen completed a small extension at the back into the side-return. Also converting our large bathroom back into a smaller bathroom and office. Haseeb was always there for support, guidance and great communication all the way through. Haseeb always said ‘I’m not going anywhere’ and he was so right, still now, a year after the job started he is on the end of the phone if we need any advice or support with anything. This renovation really has changed how we live :)

    HIP TO GABLE LOFT CONVERSION AND ENSUITE BATHROOM

    We are absolutely thrilled with our new loft conversion from NEX GEN! The quality, appearance and extra space are outstanding. From our first meeting with Haseeb, everything felt right and I was consistently impressed with him and his team. They were punctual, friendly and did an excellent job. Haseeb's attention to detail ensured high standards throughout. Managing a large project can be stressful, but NEX GEN made the process smooth, from design to construction. We love our hip to gable dormer conversion with an ensuite bathroom, which has transformed our living space. Thank you again!

    I was referred to Nex Gen Building Services by a colleague while planning my kitchen extension and I couldn't be more pleased with my choice! The team was not only friendly but also professional, making the entire process a breeze. They created my dream kitchen and I truly couldn't be happier with the result.     Basement conversion

    Very professional throughout - good communication during quote and timescale arrangement, as well as during the job itself. Were always punctual whilst the work was being carried out, fast and efficient on site and tidied up where possible as they went. Went the extra mile of working on a Sunday to finish the final bits and pieces more quickly for all involved despite not normally operating on Sundays

    Garage conversion to habitable rooms and Internal works

    Recently had our garage converted and couldn’t be happier with the whole experience. Haseeb and Hasan were incredibly informative from start to finish, keeping us updated and making the process really straightforward. A huge thank you as well to the team who carried out the work, Mo, Zak and Walid. They were professional, very friendly, fast workers and kept everything clean and tidy. Nothing was too much trouble and they were extremely accommodating throughout. We’re absolutely delighted with the final result.
