Taking down shower screen and making good, putting up a shower rail, which had to be cut to fit.

Boiler repair
Quick to reply to my enquiry, asked questions before coming over to save time on site, came out within 24hours with spare part and installed there and then! Definitely recommend and will be using for any future problems

Serviced boiler and checked radiators
Very good service from the first point of contact until the job was completed. First time using this company and definitely would use again next year for my annual service. Honest about what was needed and nothing was too much and done in timely manner. Efficient and did a full check on boiler, replaced parts that needed to be replaced, no mess was left behind. Reasonable rates and very professional.

Boiler service and fixing fault
Super professional. Explained the work they were doing as they carried it out to help me understand the potential fault. Would recommend 10/10. Will be calling them again when I need my next service

Repaired a broken valve and serviced the boiler
I called Nexgen as the C/H was faulty. I described the fault over the phone and he said it should be a simple fix. Jim came the next day and replaced the valve and as he had time before his next job, agreed to service the boiler too. Jim is friendly, tidy and explained what the cost of the replacement parts were as they were needed. (And those prices were very reasonable). He also gave some advice on replacing some old radiators.
