Me and my partner needed a sofa and wardrobe moving asap. Jordan helped us out massively by not only with transport but helped us bring a sofa and floor to ceiling wardrobe up a flight of stairs. The service was carried out very professionally and the lads were very careful and made sure we were happy with everything before leaving.

Fully recommend, he was efficient with communication, arrived promptly and loaded cheerfully, even taking some extra bags, plus taking them upstairs at the destination. Will be requesting he does more of these local trips for us.

Absolutely outstanding service from start to finish. Professional, friendly, and flexible — they ticked every box and then some. Communication was excellent throughout, they worked around our needs without any fuss, and on the day the team went the extra mile to make sure everything went smoothly. Moving house is stressful enough, but this company genuinely took that weight off our shoulders completely. Excellent communication via WhatsApp fast and to the point. I had a few people interested in the job but many insisted they had to get on site wouldn't talk about price or anything. Next Chapter Removals asked the important questions about moving a fridge/freezer upstairs. Told me what needed to be done and gave me a very reasonable price. They were able to take the job on with short notice after delivery of my goods, where the delivery guys said it was almost impossible to get the fridge/freezer upstairs. Next Chapter Removals showed up and had the thing up complicated stairs in 10 minutes!
