I contacted this company through Checkatrade after sending videos of the work required. The flooring fitted was to a good standard, however issues started after the downstairs toilet was completed. I later discovered both the basin and toilet were leaking following the fitting. When I raised this, the fitter became defensive and accused me of causing the damage to avoid payment, which was completely untrue. I was left paying for an emergency plumber and repairs myself. Very disappointing customer service and refusal to resolve the issue professionally.

The flooring was fitted on Thursday and as I informed you I couldn’t return until Monday, however due to a personal issue I messaged Sunday night to say it was now going to be Tuesday. You didn’t seem happy with this and chose to constantly harass me on Monday after I told you I was unavailable, when I refused to go, you sent a video of a leak under the sink which somehow started 4 days after fitting the flooring. I told you I wasn’t returning because you made me feel like uncomfortable and left you with FREE skirting and told you not to pay
