Great job, honest, professional service
Alex gave a time and arrived a couple of minutes early, so we were off to a good start. He's friendly and highly professional. His work mirrored his manner, tidy and consultative and honest when discussing other jobs around the house and no overselling or panicking us to get things done which didn't need to be done. Prompt call out and problem solved very efficiently.
Alex came round promptly to repair a live light bulb fitting. He explained what was wrong and rectified the problem straight away. The estimate was the same as amount charged. Neylon Electrical Services is a family run business and was established in 1996.
Both myself, Michael, and my son Alex, are both fully qualified and insured.
We have highest levels of craftsmanship and pride ourselves on our customer service. Always happy to go the extra mile!
The company's NICEIC approved and with over 60 years experience between the two of us, in both commercial and domestic installations, there's very little we wouldn't be able to help you with.
We regularly install new fuse boards/consumer units to a very high standard along with Electric Vehicle charging Points and new garden home office's.
Domestic rewires or extra sockets and lighting are all part of our services, along with emergency electrical issues and faults.
All our estimates are FREE.
Qualifications.
18th Edition Wiring regs 2382- BS 7671.
Fully qualified in Electric Vehicle Charging Equipment installation to City and Guilds 2919.
Inspection and Testing to City and Guilds 2391.
