  The Gentleman called me within 3 minutes of listing the job on checkatrade and arranged to come later that day he actually was ready early so text to let me know and when arrived he quickly got the problem assessed gave me a fair and reasonable quote and fixed it there and then. he was very friendly, very professional and affordable and I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone

  Removal of barrel with broken key in patio door lock, & replace with new one.

  We were contacted directly within a few minutes. Details exchanged. Within an hour & ten minutes the guy arrived, got straight to the problem lock and all done in 10-15 minutes. Payment really simple & easy. Polite & respectful of the property. Can’t rate him highly enough!

  Locking gear mechanism had broken, with door locked shut

  Nerijus came from Thetford to Norwich on Bank Holiday Monday to look at the door and give me a quote to fix it. The price was extremely reasonable and he carried it out quickly and efficiently; he even brought his own Henry to clean up afterwards! I definitely recommend this company and will use them again if/when I need a locksmith.
