Punctual, organised, friendly and knowledgeable tradesman. Would highly recommend!

Leigh was recommended to us, he visited gave us advice and options, based on his knowledge and experience (we didn’t want any cooled air blowing directly on to Dad) after receiving quotes on 2 different systems we decided to go ahead with 2 Panasonic floor units which we are very pleased with. This has enabled us to be able to use the conservatory again in this very hot weather. I felt very comfortable leaving Leigh working alone with my elderly parents.

I contacted Leigh at Aura and he responded promptly. When he visited I found him very pleasant and knowledgeable. We agreed a plan for three units. I received his quotation a few days later which I considered to be competitive. Now, 2 weeks later the system is fully installed and operational. I found Leigh to be meticulous. I am quite fussy but could not fault his workmanship. I would highly recommend him to anybody.
