  Nic was very professional throughout, with good communication and transparent pricing. He was punctual and polite when arriving and was happy to explain what he was doing. I had also got him to quote me for some future work, which he was able to explain at the time. I will be booking Nic again to do a few bits.

  Appointment was efficiently made and kept. Detailed check done and report provided quickly. Remedial work required was reasonably quoted for and we are hoping to employ Nic to do this on completion of the house purchase.
