We have a standard, fixed price labour/Call out charge (including VAT) this price covers any amount of time it takes to diagnose, and hopefully repair, the fault.
If parts are needed our engineer will give you a quote on the day of your appointment.
We will order the part needed for you and return to fit this part, your return visit is included in the labour charge.

Dishwasher heater
I had a wonderful experience with Jon from Niche Appliance Repair. He came to my home to fix the heater on my dishwasher, which had stopped working. Jon was very professional, arrived on time, and was able to quickly diagnose and resolve the issue. He explained everything to me in a clear and concise manner, and his work was done efficiently. Repair Bosch slimline intergrated dishwasher
10/10 Jon arrived at the agreed time and fixed our dishwasher very quickly. Price was very reasonable and at the stated price. I can highly recommend Niche Appliance care and repair. Will be using for any future issue should they come up.
To inspect new washing machine which had been delivered with a fault
Jon arrived on time and took time to check the machine for faults. He explained to me what was wrong and left me a summary so I could get back to the manufacturer. Price was reasonable. Would definitely recommend
