  Reliable, friendly team - great communication throughout

  We had a first floor extension done and were really happy with how it went from start to finish. Communication was good throughout - we always knew what was happening and when, and any questions were answered quickly. The team were efficient and the job moved at a good pace, with each phase planned well so there wasn't much downtime waiting around between stages. Everyone was friendly and easy to deal with, which made the whole process a lot less stressful than we expected. End result is exactly what we wanted. Would happily recommend them to anyone considering similar work.

  Work completed efficiently and tidily. Very happy with the results. Tradesmen were friendly and polite and we were kept informed at all stages of the process. Exactly what we needed for a competitive price. Will be booking them for a few other jobs.

  Extension and understand toilet

  Nic and his team have done a great job on our new extension and under stairs toilet, from conception to first spade in the ground to completion they have been both professional and accommodating, nothing was too much trouble. All the tradesmen were hardworking, punctual and polite. The work was completed on time and on budget. I would highly recommend them all.

  Wall knock through done right!

  Professional through and through! From the very first site visit to our house to the final fix plastering, Nick Dyer Construction handled our job with professionalism and attention to detail. Our job was a kitchen wall knock through and installation of an RSJ, they took care of everything! Including: Quote Structural Calcs Demolition RSJ install Electrical works Fire board/plastering Waste management Office and admin support Truly the whole package.
