I had an emergency plumbing leak on Sunday morning, a leaking flexi waste pipe, leaving an awful smell in my home, I struggled to find help I phoned "Nick Harlow Plumbing" in Thetford who responded immediately, and promised to come at 4pm — and arrived exactly on time. Nick was professional, tidy, respectful of my home, and completed the repair to a very high standard. when completed, Nick checked everything thoroughly, ensured all was working perfectly, and left the area clean and orderly. I am very happy to recommend Nick Harlow Plumbing to family and friends.

I am very happy to recommend Nick who is as modest as he is skilled. He answered the initial call promptly, came the next day at the time agreed, and mended the bidet trap and a loose hose which was an awkward job. He then solved a long running leaking tap downstairs by replacing it with one he had on his van, saving me hours of time looking for a new one. Cost was very fair and the whole experience was much easier than I was expecting.

Nick was absolutely incredible and professional. The plumbing in my home was extremely poorly put together from previous contractors. Nick informed me of what caused the malfunction with the toilet, in addition he went and got the upgraded parts, but tactfully installed the new plumbing urgently. A solid recommendation for sure, I look forward to future business ventures. Thanks again!

Nick came on the same day when a leak turned into a fountain! He replaced the rogue tap and hose in our bathroom very quickly. Friendly, polite and efficient, his cost was also very reasonable.

Nick has just replaced my electric shower he arrived I at 1pm when he said he be here then went off to get some parts. He was very nice and a very tidy worker. I’m very pleased with the job and would recommend him to anyone. The price was very good and included call out fee and installation I give him 10 out of 10.
