Replacement of heating element in hot water cylinder
What at first seemed a relatively straightforward job to fit a new heating element turned out to be anything but, due to the length of time it took to drain the hot water cylinder. This was pure fluke and absolutely nobody’s fault but Charlie was full of apologies. Despite the problems he was extremely professional throughout and a very personable chap. When at the end of the job a stubborn airlock proved difficult to resolve the cavalry arrived in the form of one of the proprietors, who was also extremely friendly and helpful. Good service
