  Front door locks and two bedroom door locks.

  What a lovely chap was very helpful only charged me an overall for his labour. He even adjusted my front door for without hesitation. I fully recommend him.

  Front door wouldn't open. Key wouldn't turn.

  Nicolae was great, he was very clear when providing a quote breaking down the different costs and possible scenarios. Once I confirmed back he rushed over and then took a lot of care and detail over checking how to minimise the work required. He managed to open the door then tested multiple options after which he landed on the least costly one as there was no benefit to replacing. Super thorough testing these out and helpful, very friendly and gave thorough instructions on what could happen in future / how to deal with it and when I'd need to call him again. Would highly recommend.

  Locksmith and fixed broken window handles

  Extremely professional and high quality work. Went out of his way to go back to the property on different days as the window handles weren’t the right ones I got - top quality. Would highly recommend .

  Interior door wouldn't open due to broken latch mechanism

  Nicolae epitomises the qualities of a good tradesperson and the experience could not have been better. I messaged early on a Saturday and Nicolae called me shortly after with advice to troubleshoot the issue and a quote. Unfortunately, the latch mechanism turned out to be busted beyond my efforts and Nicolae attended promptly. He was very friendly and polite. He prized the latch out, explained how the mechanism had failed and replaced it. There was minimal damage to the door and you can't tell anything had happened. The price was reasonable and I'm very glad to have my bedroom back!

  Lock was faulty

  Thought that we needed a new lock but the current one just needed to be fixed. Very trustworthy and would strongly recommend.
