  Nico arrived punctually for the appointment, carried out the roof inspection diligently and explained the key findings verbally before leaving, and provided a written report with photos less than 48 hours later. I was happy with the service provided and the price charged. Ten out of ten.

  Repointing brickwork and brick repairs

  Nico and his team were amazing. Not only did he do the repairs quickly and meticulously, he explained everything to me which I really appreciated. We had some issues left from previous owners and he fixed everything perfectly. Will definitely use Nico’s services again!

  Replace London roof gutter, repair chimneys and parapet

  Nico was very helpful in advising when quoting for the work, which was primarily to replace a central roof gutter, plus repairs to chimneys and wall rendering. The work was done with great skill and care, with full communication throughout. The team was very proficient, methodical and tidy.   Very positive experience - job was completed in a timely fashion, with care and attention paid throughout, and at a competitive rate. Excellent communication before, during, and after the job. Very professional and punctual, consistently responsive to outreach (and proactive), extremely friendly and engaged, not to mention knowledgeable and honest.   Pigeon proofing!

  Unfortunately we had been experiencing severe infestation by feral pigeons which damaged guttering and affected solar panels. I was recommended Nico after some firms turned the work down or didn't seem to know what to do. It's a challenging job on a large 3 storey victorian house with steep roof slope. I am very impressed with the work Nico and his team did and their problem solving approach. He does what he says he will, turns up on time, leaves no mess and explains everything carefully. I would really recommend Nico for any sort of roofing work. He knows his stuff!
