  We had three quotes and went with Night and Day. The other companies we had quotes from recommended bigger heat pump units, but we felt that Night and Day were throurough in their assesment of our requirements and were not trying to sell us something extra we didn't need. Bradley was understanding of all our requirements and Richard carried out the install and radiator upgrades really smoothly. We love our new heat pump and are enjoying reliable hot water for showers and improved water pressure. We will have to wait until winter to see how the heating is.

  The best customer service and kindness we’ve received in a long time. Our air source heat pump started to leak and I called round for some assistance. Night and Day Renewable Energy called me back to check if I’d found anyone to assist me which I really appreciated. Richard arrived on time as promised and fixed the leaks. You were my saviours. He was super polite helpful and very professional. Thank you for your rapid assistance. Highly recommend.

  Excellent service from start to finish. Good explanation about the equipment being fitted, time scale and perceived benefits, including estimated payback time Felt well supported throughout the whole process. Very professional in terms of adherence to legislation, absolutely no corners cut. No pressure sales whatsoever and competitively priced. The fitting team were spot on in terms of their workmanship and friendliness. Only recently installed but I'm confident that the aftersales care will also e good. In summary, I would highly recommend Night and Day for both solar and heat pump fitting.

  A complex installation of an ASHP in an old house with additional modifications to existing systems.

  This was a complex undertaking in our Georgian property. New pipe work throughout was needed for the central heating, most of the radiators needed changing and the new kit needed interfacing with an existing solar water heating system. At every stage, from the initial visit to the completion of the work, we were confident that the complexities were in hand, and would be dealt with. This work required careful analysis of the problems faced and throughout they all liaised with us with insight, expertise and good humour.
