Mediocre
Communication was clear and prompt. He did not however, let me know that he was not VAT registered. For transparency that should be included. Nik arrived on time, he was polite although he made few sexist comment, for example "be a good girl" He left mess behind where I would expect him to arrive with his cleaning tools and floor protection equipment. Thank you for your feedback. I was surprised by this review as no concerns were raised during or after the work, and the installation was completed successfully despite the existing wiring making the job more complex than expected. I always aim to leave work areas tidy and recall being told not to worry about cleaning. I am not VAT registered, so customers are not charged VAT. Plastering or skim coating was not included in the electrical work. Any light-hearted comment was never intended to cause offence. I take pride in providing reliable, respectful service and quality workmanship.
