  Excellent- highly recommend

Nikollas and his team re-rendered our 100-year old house, replacing the pebble-dashing with a modern, functional silicone render, which I'm sure will last at least another 100 years. They also carried out remedial works to address settlement and other areas of deterioration exposed by the removal of the old render. Nikollas was helpful and transparent throughout the process, presenting all options and giving excellent advice at all stages of the project. The team is hardworking, respectful and tidy and they took all measures possible to manage and minimise dust and disruption.

Removal of load bearing wall in order to install external sliding doors

What stood out most was the quality of their work and their attention to detail. When they first came to scope the job, there was no way to know how high the steel beam could go without seeing the joists behind the wall and ceiling. I'm having made-to-measure doors fitted and wanted the opening as large as possible, so they worked incredibly hard to set the beam perfectly flush with the ceiling, despite my old Victorian joists all sitting at different levels. Thanks to them, I'll now have beautiful, tall doors, and the result is better than I could have imagined. They were also polite and punctual, cleaned up at the end of every day, and left everything tidy and organised. They worked smoothly with building control, followed the surveyor's drawings precisely, and made the whole process very easy. From the start, they provided a clear schedule of works, with a list of exactly what was and wasn't included. That transparency around costs was a huge reassurance for me, and in the end we paid exactly what was quoted. I'd recommend Nikkolas Developments to anyone.

Highly recommend. Brilliant, professional work from Nicollas and his team.

Nikollas and his team were brilliant and wholly professional. Everything went very smoothly and communication was great. Multiple jobs in various rooms were done with great care and they kept to the times they predicted. Even when offered a cup of tea, they declined! Highly recommended on this end.

  Experienced, clean and professional service

I chose Nikollas Developments to carry out various works including electrical, plumbing and carpentry works at our flat. The work was reviewed by the local building inspector who remarked on the competency of Nikollas Developments, especially their commitment to sound transmission standards and I am pleased that the inspector found no issues with the completed work. I would also highlight the quality of work, communication, tidiness and overall professionalism demonstrated by Nikollas Developments and would highly recommend them as a reliable contractor for construction services.

  Multiple cracks on lounge wall

We had cracks on our lounge walls which was expanding, Nikos assured us it wasn't structural via his experience when he came over for the quote. Nikos was extremely great to work with and explained to me what happened and what needs to be done. He had completed the work on time while keeping everything super clean and tidy with his own vaccum cleaner with taped sheets. He had also found other small cracks which he had kindly fixed for me and had also taught me what I need to do next to redecorate. He's polite, professional and punctual. I already recommended him on our street's WhatsApp group

Excellent work and communication, completed on time

NDL supplied and installed a UPVC window, bricked up the wall underneath, installed a new electric towel rail and sink. We received a detailed quotation beforehand, and were consulted throughout the process and while the work was carried out. The work was completed to a very high standard and the lead tradesman was very easy to deal with. All for a very reasonable price. I highly recommend NDL's services.
