  Brilliant service and quality of work/finish. Nik does exactly what he says he will, when he says he will. His quote was accurate and he replies to messages in a prompt and timely manor. His team are a pleasure to have in the house - professional, reliable and work to a very high standard. Highly recommended.

  Bad customer service!

  I wouldn't recommend him atall. Was extremely rude to me and told me to go and find another company as he didn't want to even bother to turn up for a quote. Surprised he has any customers atall with that attitude. Lost a potential customer there.

  I was extremely and the client said that this needs to be done asap, this is the reason i have advise to find different trader, never been rude, if they want to introduce it this way, it is their decision.

  Stud walls installation and plasterboard installation

  Signed contract for the job he could not do. "His" team leaft site after 1 week of work, and it happened to be not his team. Quality of installation was very bad and not according to the specificaion. Nik is not familiar with UK standards and do not follow them when you ask. Took money paid and went on holiday 2 times within 1 month. Took money and left. Contractor after him had to remove and reinstall 40% of the work done. Complete waste of time and money. Such companies should not be allowed to work.

  The customer was informed that the job will be done after normal working hours and weekends, the customer introduces her own way of payment, after completion of a stage of the agreement and check from herself the payment will be done. Absolute lies about going on a holiday and taking her money, she was just a person who didn't know what exactly she wanted to be done and never provided specification about the job and did not listen to my professional advises. Poor workmanship from previous traders, which I have advised her that will cause issues with the future work, never listen to me, as this was prefabricated house.

  Bathroom renovation

  We had our bathroom completely refurbished. Nick stripped the bathroom down to the basic four walls and rebuilt it according to the design we supplied him with. Along the way he provided us with valuable advice on how the design and layout of the bathroom could be improved. Throughout the refurbishment he and his team have been extremely professional by turning up on time and respectful of our needs. We are extremely happy with the final output and the bathroom looks fantastic! A big thank you to Nick and his team! Highly recommended.
