Did not turn up at agreed time
Tradesperson did not turn up at agreed time. After 30 minutes I sent a text and after 45 minutes I called. Excuse given was my details were on an old phone but they were on the way. Pointed out they had my details by email, this was poor service and not an acceptable excuse. If late or can't make appointment they should call in advance, not fob customer off with silly excuses. Manager also seemed to think being unprepared and not saving client details would be a suitable excuse. Boiler repair
Great service. Was having problems with my thermostat and boiler and Ritesh was able to figure out what the problem was and repaired everything to a high stadard. He was also very honest and charged me less than the original quoted cost as he ended up using less materials. Will be using Ritesh for all our boiler needs from now onwards.
