  One bedroom flat renovation

  Igor, Zhan and team took on my bedroom, living room and kitchen upgrade and refit and they did such a great job. They're very kind, worked very quickly and with such care and attention to detail. Stand out highlights: -when pulling up the carpet in the bedroom, we found the original floorboard were rotting. Zhan quickly sourced reclaimed wood floorboards that exactly match the original wood floors in the rest of the flat. They look beautiful. - the kitchen! They delivered me a gorgeous kitchen with custom cabinet doors within my low budget. Would reccommend them to anyone!

  Bedroom and barthroom renovation

  Igor, Zhan and the team helped us with the renovation of two bedrooms, one of which was en-suite. For us, it was the first ever experience of construction works at home, so it took us some time to familiarise ourselves with the process. Zhan who coordinated the project was very helpful throughout and made sure all our questions were answered and all our concerns addressed. We are extremely happy with the end result and will definitely be considering Nilo Construction as our top choice for future projects! Thanks, Igor, Zhan and the team!

  House renovation

  Nilo Construction recently completed a house renovation project for us and we could not be happier with the results. Yerzhan, Igor and the team were professional, efficient and always willing to go the extra mile. They kept us informed throughout the process and completed the project on time and within budget. They left our home clean and tidy at the end of the renovation which was a lovely surprise when coming back from a two week holiday. I highly recommend Nilo to anyone looking for reliable and trustworthy builders.

  Terrace refurbishment

  We used Igor, Zhan and the team for a refurbishment project of our period terrace in Muswell Hill. It was quite a bit of work including changing floors, restoring old floors and stairs, painting throughout, moving radiators, changing ironmongery etc. Overall, could not be happier with the work done. Team was very professional, clean and respectful , very clear on the costs and any extras agreed in advance. Highly recommend!

  Renovating an old flat

  There was a lot of work to be done on my parents' old home, stripping and removing old decor - floors, walls and ceilings - and renovating and updating the space. Gas and electrics also had to be updated. Nilo Construction not only attended to the work impeccably, keeping me informed throughout, but also offered helpful advice on new flooring and making safe some old asbestos tiling.
