    Michael was excellent. He was polite, professional, kept us well informed of what he was doing and the costs, and resolved our problem quickly. He replaced the heating element in our electric oven, ordering the part after his first visit and then installing it on his second. The oven is now working perfectly. Couldn't fault Michael's service, we would definitely use him again and recommend him to others.

    I posted our repair on Checkatrade and Michael contacted me with an experienced on what was wrong with a detailed breakdown on the cost of repair. We are asked for the repair to be carried out and Michael kindly brought the repair forward from Monday to Saturday which was subject to the part arriving on time. Next day Michael messaged to say that the part had arrived and he would be over from 8.30am to 11.30am. Michael arrived at 8.30am, was very polite and pleasant, very tidy, carried out the repair and gave some free great advice to help maintain the machine. The perfect trades person!
