Refurbishing the whole bathroom due to leaks in the pipes.
They have done a very good job in refurbishing my bathroom. They have done it before the quoted date with perfection. The cost of refurbishing is much more less compared to other builders. Overall highly satisfactory with their work.

Add new worktop and attached floor tiles
They have completed my kitchen setup up to my satisfaction and within the time period The expenses I spent on refurbishing my kitchen quite less compared to other builders. I would definitely recommend Mr Nirosh’s builder association for any kind of work regarding buildings.

Expansion of existing kitchen to add dishwasher and freezer, re-tiling to wall and floor.
Niro was reliable, a pleasure to have working in the house, v polite, and did 5 good days work to complete the job to a high standard. He was flexible when things changed slightly (adding another cupboard!) and clear in his pricing, importantly when things were a little more time-consuming than expected, also reasonable in negotiations, as an increase in price was fair and called for. The finished work is of a high standard and the kitchen looks amazing. All waste was promptly removed.

Rebuild my kitchen
I am very pleased with our new kitchen its beautiful. You carefully listened to what we prefer and Niro met our expectations. We are also glad he recommended some ideas which would benefit us. He was very professional and efficient so I would definitely recommend him to my friends and family.

Bath panel, lino and sealed plus painting in hallway, bedroom and kitchen
I had a bath panel and lino on the flooring with full sealant all round which has revitalised my bathroom and lol fantastic . Painting in 3 areas of my home which has brightened the house significantly. Really good and quick service and was willing to work long hours to get the job done to high spec . Thank you
