From my experience, I believe that NISS is an awful company. They reinstalled CCTV equipment after a house move for me; however, despite it working properly in my last house, after the move, the audio was distorted by noise. This was reported to the company's owner Colm; however, because his employee was unable to resolve the issue, Colm has now ignored communication with me. Only after withholding my telephone number, I found out that he is not going to do anymore to fix my CCTV, and was really quite rude about it. It is my opinion and recommendation that other customers should look elsewher
