Burned my new carpet and left us without hot water.
I have had the worst experience of my life dealing with these rogue tradesmen. The plumber came with his father to fit the water pressure pump today and was not able to install the pump. He burned our new carpet with his gas torch. I was left with no hot water with 2x little kids in the house. Please don't use this company at any cost. Complete time-waster, unreliable and unprofessional
Don't waste your time with this company!!! Complete time-waster and unreliable. We waited all day for him to come and install a water pump and he didn't turn up. Fantastic service from start to end
We used NJbuilders to fix a leaking shower, to retile the shower floor and unblock a difficult underground pipe. He did a fantastic job efficiency, was always polite and kept us in touch with progress. Anyone would be hard put to find a better plumber and tiler .Job location: OL7
