Change boiler from dual system to combi boiler and all necessary internal rationalisation works
Very knowledgeable about what we needed and took time to explain to us the installation process and the benefits of three choices available - we settled on combi boiler. Arrived punctually and set to work. Once Noby started he realised there was a way to improve our piping system by cutting out extra lengths and interconnecting various pipes. He again explained the options and benefits and set to work - no change in price. He was polite and worked into the night to give us hot water day 1 and returned to complete next day. New boiler fitted
Noby arrived promptly, got on with the work, and worked steadily until the job was done. The next door neighbour was most impressed by him. A most important point for me is to have good communication with the person doing the work, as I am usually flitting round and about with other commitments. Noby text me re arrival times, when he needed to speak to me, etc. He researched the options that would meet our situation and gave me clear choice between a range of boilers highlighting their major features, making it much easier to make a decision.
