Jakob was polite, courteous, respectful of our property and professional each step of the way from first impression to the last. He was a breath of fresh air from our previous experiences with contractors. And his prices are reasonable too! His only blot on his copybook was he didn't quite account in his materials for unexpected errors and add ons that occur during a normal job but I am sure he will get better at this as his business grows.
