Respectful, trustworthy a as nd dedicated heating engineers.
Used for the first time to have a new boiler fitted as our usual engineers couldn’t fit it before a month. Contacted N.J. Lees and could not be more satisfied. Fitted within the week and on a Saturday, brilliant. They and specifically Oliver, have been outstanding in their communication and delivery of service. Price was competitive. Basically cannot be faulted.

Boiler Repair
Neal responded to my call immediately and arranged a house call that day. He worked confidently and restored the heating. When a further problem arose early the next morning, he spend time solving what was now wrong and arranged with the supplier, for the problem to be correct. Helpful and efficient! Thank you Neal.

A very good job!
Last year, I've needed a new boiler. Neal came up, listened what I need, make me the best possible quote value for money, and installed in the day he said is available. Very professional, time orientated, best quality, all the checks completed and product in function at the best standards. Today I was booked for annual checks, glad to meet Neal again, showed the same profesionalism, right in time, knowledgeable, reliable. Thank you Neal.

As Worcester Accredited Installers, we are pleased to announce an extended 12 Year Guarantee on parts and labour for many new Worcester Greenstar Gas boilers and 7 Year Guarantee on parts and labour for all new Worcester Greenstar Oil Boilers.
