Great man Happy with his job. Arrived on time and changed the locks

Jack was very helpful fixing the issue I had with a broken claw on a uPVC external door. He gave me options for how he could repair the door - including a low cost "just good enough option" if I wanted to keep costs down. When he finished, everything was good.
