Prompt, reliable and very friendly.

My front door suddenly stopped locking, and Jack contacted me promptly after I posted the job. Within an hour, he was at my door ready to help. Despite it being an emergency call-out around midnight, he didn't hesitate to assist. Once he arrived, he quickly assessed the situation, investigated the fault, and clearly explained what had gone wrong. He provided a practical solution and demonstrated excellent knowledge and professionalism throughout. He took the time to explain everything thoroughly, answered all of my questions, and was kind, courteous, and reassuring, which really helped put my mind at ease during the stressful situation. I really appreciate his quick response and excellent service. He replaced the entire locking mechanism, and my front door is now working perfectly. Highly recommended!

Jack came out to change a faulty lock at my father’s property at short notice. He did a good job and was clear in his communication. The job took a bit longer than expected but he explained why. We were happy with the work. He seemed like a nice chap. Would use again.
