10 Replace a cable gnawed by a rodent

This is the third time Nigel has done work for me. I cannot fault his professionalism, quality of workmanship and tenacity in solving a cable issue. After a great deal of detective work he finally found the cause of an issue to my third floor flat was the external cable having been gnawed in a particularly hard to find spot. Having discovered the problem, Nigel later returned with new cable and a protective mesh to surround the cable to prevent the same thing happening again. This is the second time I have used Nigel. I cannot praise him enough. Because of the nature of the building it was not an easy job installing a CCTV camera and the wiring to my router but Nigel found the solutions and talked me through every step of his work. Very polite, friendly, professional with a high work ethic. Place left tidy when he left. Very pleased with Nigel's work and could not fault him in any way. He was efficient, professional, punctual, friendly and polite, tidied up after himself and communicated with us clearly throughout. He was able to attend the day after I contacted him to take a look at what we needed, and provided us with a very reasonable quote a few days later.
