Boiler service and troubleshooting
Niall came recommended by my neighbours and I couldn't be happier with the service received. Knowledgable, professional, tidy, friendly. Always such a relief to find good tradies. I will definitely be using NKB for any future works.

Fit new cloackroom, change radiator, chase pipes onto wall, reposition cabinet and fit outside tap.
Could not asked for a better plumber. Came highly recommended by a friend and did a superb job. Very careful with my propery, excellent finishing kept me update of progress. Also very understanding as new cabinet arrived broken, this was no issue for Niall who kindly agreed to return and finish the job later. Highly recommended and will use NKB again whenever I require a good plumber.

To service and replace vent on boiler
Niall was excellent - professional and efficient and friendly. He identified that the wrong vent pipe had been installed, sourced the correct one and fitted it very quickly indeed. Really happy with his work and would wholeheartedly reccommend.

Boiler service
Very very pleased with Niall kept in touch with text when he said he to let us know when he was on his way. While servicing boiler found person who had done a previous job broken a part and just fixed it with a screw (not notifying us which had could of had potential dangers) He ordered part to be delivered while he was servicing boiler wait for it to arrive then fitted. Only charging for servicing and part, Service was a very reasonable price and can not praise him enough. I would recommend Niall if you are looking for a very good and honest Gas engineer.

Provided an excellent service from start to finish. Niall was extremely polite, knowledgeable and efficient coming out on short notice to get the job done. We will definitely be using Niall again - highly recommend!
