New velux in bathroom and rear facing window bricked up
Got back last night to see the completed work and I couldnt be happier, it all looks and feels solid. Nolan super nice guy, reliable and trustworty. Just to clarify about the price increase, this was work that would have needed to be done at some point soon. The 'lugs' attaching the heavy old plasterboard to the roof were not in best shape, so they took it all down and put some fresh gyprock (think its called) up ready for plastering at some point. Knock through to make an open plan kitchen-dinner
Nolan and his team were brilliant. There was never a job too big or small for him to help us out on. He was so polite and always made sure he explained everything that needed doing to our house thoroughly so we understood all the work involved. He worked seamlessly with the other trades on site and it was a pleasure to have him around.
