Conversion of detached house into 5 flats with rear extension and loft

They delivered the project within original cost and time frames and identified a considerable number of problems with the original design presented to them. Loft conversion, double storey back extension and side exntension
We approached NKMs studio to apply on our behalf to extend our house. The service was was great and prompt, the fee was very reasonable and the design was really nice, we loved it. The work was delivered on time and we got the approval from the council. They have really good experience in dealing with planning department at Fulham Council. Conversion of garage into habitable space, rear and first floor side extension
Nisreen was so incredibly helpful in advising us on our side and rear extension of our house. She called us immediately to talk through the project and took the time to review our plans and give us the exact advice needed. She made things easy to understand, advised not only on the work but matters around this (planning permissions and notices required), and was just a pleasure to speak to. She provided initial consultation, initial drawings, and adjusted those to numerous comments we had. At the end we’ve got the plan on what we wanted and got council approval.
