Fixed leak
Customer service was absolutely amazing. We had a leak on the main cold water supply and our kitchen was flooded. Nick came out the morning we called even though many companies were not working because of the lock down. My wife and I are both in our late 80s and are self-isolating. Job was done really quickly and professionally. Cannot recommend this plumber highly enough. We are very grateful for your help. Would definitely use again without any hesitation. Boiler replacement
The process was straightforward from the first contact to the installation. They turned up on the arranged dates and on time. They were honest about what was required and when he would be able to carry out the work. The work was carried out on the scheduled day. There was no fuss, they just got on with it. They went over everything with me after the boiler was installed and cleaned everything up. My experience with the plumbers I have contacted have not been good. No work carried out
About the company name ,, N.Leonardi L ,, I have very bed experience with them, they are not serious. The company have telephone engineer appointment, but on the appointment no one come, they made me lose 2 hours and none came. You want to make a complaint and you have no where, if you call them in connection with a complaint they turn off the phone and they do not answer at all.
