    Emergency boiler repair/service

    Nigel was really friendly, explained everything to me and didn’t just leave when he fixed the problem but also serviced my boiler for me whilst he was here! The lady in the office was really friendly on the phone. Fair price Proper family business!!!

    Boiler banging and struggling to ignite

    Nigel was absolutely amazing at resolving the issue and knew his stuff. A part that should have been replaced years ago hadn’t during previous services. Will definitely be using him again in the future. Would highly recommend.

    Quick, efficient and completed as agreed

    Communication to organise extending an existing outside tap was quick and times was agreed swiftly. Luke came round on time, was plesant and polite. He finished the work and showed me what he had done which was exactly as agreed and looked great. There was no mess and he took away all old parts Price was agreed prior with no hidden extras on completion. I would highly recommend Nigel and his team, we have used them before and always pleased with thier work.

    Our boiler wasn’t putting out consistently hot water and was going lukewarm and cold.

    From start to finish the process was easy. We were contacted by a friendly member of the team within minutes of putting our advert out who passed us onto a technician who put our minds at ease and got us booked in for an appointment within days. On arrival the boiler technician was so friendly and helpful, he talked us through the process and got the job done so quickly and for such a good price! He even restructured our boiler casing so that we can more easily get to it. We’re so pleased and relieved - can’t recommend this company enough! Will be signing up to a service plan with them asap!

    Extremely happy with the job!

    Excellent work from start to finish. I needed a combi boiler fitting but moved to a different place to the old boiler. Nothing was too much trouble. I was given a quote in person and we discussed what would happen over the 2 fitting days. It went exactly as they said. They were very friendly and approached. It was all done to a highly professional standard. Im a very satisfied customer.
