    Unreliable.dont pay until everything is finished

    Was great on first jobs. but now not responding to any messages calls or emails. Has left my bathroon with dangerois live wires,hanging. Failed to turn up to finish job and didnt contact to explain. Now considering trading standards due to dangerous state he has left me in. Have given him plenty of chances to rrspond Amendment - 10/07/2026 - issues were due to misunderstanding and all resolved now. Was never an issue with hid work which is excellent

    Very good communication and arrived on time. Kitchen handles look fantastic and he even swept the floor. Highly recommend A++++ will definitely use him again

    Hanging of tv mount/ curtain pole

    Was unreliable and failed to show up when they said they would. Only finished half the job. Expensive considering his unreliability.

    Thank you for your feedback back. We appreciate all feedback back and reviews. I’d just like to remind you the reason for only half the work being completed was because the wall plugs you said you would provide wouldn’t hold the rail in question in which you ordered others which I was more than happy to do for you. And the unreliability was due to a mishap with a broken work phone needing to be replaced and I informed you of this the day after once the issue was resolved. I’m sorry you feel my services are expensive but this wasn’t disclosed upon your booking.

    Quick replies throughout, punctual and on time, very polite and all around great service at an unbeatable price. I cannot believe how quickly they took my wardrobe down, in under 15 minutes exactly as asked and in perfect condition. 11/10 - will definetly use again
