UPVC front door adjustment and removal of internal UPVC door and window.
Our front door had fallen slightly on its hinges and also wasn’t pulling closed fully, allowing rainwater to leak the through the bottom. Nick made some adjustments which has levelled out the door and also allows the door to shut securely, with no leaks. He removed an internal door and window which had been left inside after an extension was added by previous owners. Nick checked the ensure there was a support and proceeded to removed the frame. He caused no damage to the surrounding plaster and we are extremely happy with his time keeping, quality of work and Communication.

Bathroom window replacement
Our full side opening window in the bathroom was broken, and we needed this replacing. We are having our bathroom renovated by Nick also and the window was the first job to be done. We had great communication with nick regarding the style of window and glass we would like. He kept us up to date with timings and completed the job in a timely manner. The window has been fitted to a high standard and is of fantastic quality.

New soil pipe, new, relocated drain pipes and relocation of gully drain.
Nick was fantastic from beginning to end. Work was completed to a high standard in a timely manner. No damage was caused to property and it was left tidy at the end of each working day. Patio slabs were re-laid as if they hadn’t been moved. Most importantly we have a working drain, working drain pipes and leak free soil pipe. We have now confidently booked in our bathroom renovation with him.

Fitting of timbers down both sides of the garden, new gate built and fitted at the back.
Nick carried out a fantastic, professional job on the work we had done. Work was completed to a very high standard and very well priced at the same time. Already called him back to carry out the second part of the renovation as there is no need to look elsewhere! Highly recommended!
