Thoughtful, helpful and an excellent job.
We had a complicated job sanding and varnishing the whole of the ground floor. Given the we were living there the whole time accommodation had to be given for us to move around and this was worked out thoughtfully and very effectively. Pure professional
Nikolay has just finished sanding down and varnishing our reclaimed wooden boards to a very high standard - they look great! Exactly what we wanted - not orange, not shiny. He has excellent communication skills, turns up on time and left everything extremely tidy. He also has very competitive rates for the area! Professional, skilled floor restoration
I would highly recommend Nikolay. He refurbished our original wooden floor that hadn’t been revealed for around 100 years to a beautiful standard, which our builders hadn’t thought possible. He also installed insulation underneath prior to starting and I was impressed how well this was done while preserving the old boards. The work he and his team did was quick, they were friendly and Nikolay was a great communicator, sending regular photo updates as the work progressed. Thank you for looking at our page.
My name is Nikolay Nikolov and I am the owner of NN Floor Sanding. I currently hold over 13 years of experience in the wooden flooring trade in and around the London area. My work is based around the restoration of old wooden floorboards, to a high specification. I use a wide range of dust extracting sanding machines and various techniques. I can also lay wooden floors and sand kitchen worktops and I am a skilled carpenter.
We use different types of staining and finishing including oiling and HR traffic lacquers to add durability.
We also supply and fit reclaimed pine floorboards.
We do free visits and quotations.
I am new to this platform but I have plenty of experience and references from different platform.
