Drain from kitchen blocked; this drain empties into shared sewer, also ound to be blocked. Advised calling water company

Contacted the company regarding a blocked drain. The receptionist explained the process and charges which were simple and straightforward enough. The engineer, George, duly arrived at the specified time having phoned me when he was en route. On arrival he quickly diagnosed the problem and using the relevant tools and machinery, cleared the blockage of grease and fat. Using the camera, he then showed me the reason the blockage had occurred and advised on what to do next should I require it. Really professional and helpful service of which I am most grateful and would recommend to anyone else.

I had foul water bubbling up where my kitchen sink drains down. A very helpful young man lifted all the man holes on my property. I had a complete blockage. Tree roots were to blame. The young man was very professional and found out how much it would cost to fix the problem. He kept me informed all through the process. He did an excellent job and I would recommend this company if you have a problem
