  We contacted this company to repair a dormer roof. We had also recently had problems with rodents in the loft and wanted to prevent them returning. On examining the roof, they showed us that the older roof tiles were brittle, and suggested putting scaffolding around the house, to investigate the extent of problems before making recommendations. The proposed works and rationale were clearly explained to us and during the works photos/videos were shared with us of issues/progress on a daily basis. We are happy with the results and would strongly recommend Dean, Jesse and the very competent team.

  I had a rat infestation in my loft so I reached out to no.1 rodent and roofing solutions. I can say all the work carried out was done to the highest standard. I’ve not since had any issue with rodents.they also replaced over 1000 broken roof tiles. since this work has been carried out I’ve stop getting leaks.   Look no further if you have rodent and roof issues!

  I came across this company via Checkatrade when my husband and I noticed scuttling sounds coming from our loft space. What started as a rodent issue turned into a health and safety nightmare - not only did we have a severe rat infestation, our roof’s structure was in a dire state, our chimneys also needed work. The team were prompt, clear and efficient from the get go. Photos/videos were shared with us of issues/progress on a daily basis, and quotes for works required were clear and comprehensive. The team also had a challenging work environment on a high st which they worked round great.

  Best in the business!
