Wouldn't use anyone else - Jack is always reliable, polite and really honest in pricing and advice. We have used Jack for general plumbing with a shower leak, boiler issues, a potential gas leak and most recently an underfloor heating project. He gives sound advice and on several occasions has advised us on ways we could save money. He is very much our family plumber and would recommend to anyone.

Boiler fitting
First rate service from start to finish. Our old boiler packed in, on ringing No Hassle plumbing they understood the urgency having no hot water with 2 little children and promptly fitted us in. Turned up punctual and got on with the job. So friendly and professional. All fitted in no time at all. Completely cleaned up, and explained how the new boiler worked, and even synced it to our phones. We have used this plumber before to fit a new shower, and also a leaky pipe at short notice. Very reasonable cost. Honest, reliable and trustworthy. If you need a plumber I highly recommend.

Thermostatic valves
We had thermostatic valves installed on several radiators. Despite it not being a completely straightforward job, Michael worked until everything was sorted. He does jobs in 2 houses and a flat for us now and is always punctual, pleasant and genuine. Michael also answers calls and messages, which we are grateful for!
